This site is operated by Iuliana LEURENT, hereinafter referred to as the „Provider”. By accessing and using this site, as well as by purchasing services, you agree to the terms presented in this document.

The provider offers coaching and personal development services, including one-to-one (1:1) sessions, subscription-based programmes, and online or offline courses. These services are exclusively for educational and personal development purposes. Concepts and tools inspired by fields such as relational neuroscience may be used within them, but solely for educational purposes. The services offered do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic services and do not replace professional consultation.

Services are intended for persons aged 18 and over, or with guardian consent. Sessions take place online (e.g. via platforms like Zoom) or in person, and the client is responsible for punctuality, with no extensions to sessions for any delays. Subscriptions have a limited validity period (e.g. 90 days), and unused sessions do not carry over, unless expressly stated otherwise. For courses, access is granted upon payment confirmation, and materials are intended for personal use only, with their distribution or reproduction prohibited without the Provider's consent.

Payment for services can be made online or by bank transfer, with prices quoted in [RON/EUR], and invoices will be issued in accordance with current legislation. Rescheduling of appointments can be done with at least [48 hours'] notice; otherwise, the session will be considered completed. Subscriptions and courses are non-refundable, except in situations provided for by law. In the case of digital products, the client agrees to immediate provision and waives the right of withdrawal according to applicable legislation.

The results obtained depend on each client's involvement, with the Provider unable to guarantee specific outcomes. All materials provided are protected by intellectual property rights and cannot be copied or distributed without consent. Information discussed during sessions will be treated confidentially, in accordance with legal obligations.

Regarding data protection, Iuliana LEURENT, at the email address eualeg@kumeratherapy.com, acts as a personal data controller. Data such as first name, surname, email address, phone number, billing details, as well as information voluntarily provided during sessions, may be collected. This data is used for providing coaching services, communication with clients, appointment management, billing, and, only with the user's consent, for sending information and offers.

During sessions, the client may provide personal information, which is treated with strict confidentiality and is not used for any other purposes. Data processing is based on the execution of the contract, user consent, and legal obligations. Data is retained for the duration of the collaboration and subsequently in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Users have rights under data protection legislation, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, receive in a portable format, and object to the processing of their data. Requests can be sent to the email address provided. The provider implements technical and organisational measures to protect data, and this data may be shared, when necessary, with payment processors, scheduling platforms, or IT and marketing services. Some data may be processed outside the European Union, subject to legal safeguards.

The website uses cookies, which are small files stored on the user's device, necessary for the proper functioning of the site, traffic analysis, and user experience optimisation. Necessary, analytical (e.g. Google Analytics), and marketing (e.g. Meta/Facebook) cookies may be used, their use being carried out only with the user's consent expressed via the cookie banner.
